Return & Refund Policy

Every NDR Exhausts system is precision-fabricated to fit a specific vehicle make, model, and trim. This policy is built around that.

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before fabrication begins. Once a system enters production, it cannot be canceled, as it is being built specifically for your vehicle.

30-Day Return Window Uninstalled, unused catalogue items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in original packaging with all hardware, hangers, and gaskets included.
• Items must show no signs of installation, including heat cycling discoloration, fitment scratches, or cut/modified piping.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, covering inspection and repackaging.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return and are considered final sale:

• Custom or one-off fabricated systems, built to a specific vehicle and unable to be resold.
• Any installed or altered system, including cut piping, drilled flanges, or modified hangers.
• Valve control electronics and actuators once installed or paired to a vehicle.
• Limited-availability or "Inquire for Pricing" builds, which are quoted and sold individually.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full replacement or refund with no restocking fee. Please do not attempt to install a system you believe to be defective or incorrect, as installation voids return eligibility.

How to Start a Return

1. Submit your order number and reason for return through our return request form.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the system securely with the RMA number included and ship it back to us.
4. Once received, inspection takes 3–5 business days.
5. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Refunds Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

Returns vs. Warranty This policy governs returns for wrong fit, change of mind, or a defective/damaged order within 30 days of delivery. Separately, every system carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on welds, and valve control electronics carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled independently of this return window and remain available after installation.
