Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NDR Exhausts website and the purchase of any products through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information NDR Exhausts designs and sells precision-fabricated exhaust systems and downpipes for exotic and performance vehicles. Systems are specced by our team and fabricated to that specification by our trusted fabrication partner. You can reach us at info@ndrexhausts.com or (949) 482-9558.
2. Product Descriptions and Compliance We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including fitment, materials, and emissions status. Most valved exhaust systems are 50-state emissions legal; downpipes are catless or high-flow and are intended for off-road or track use only. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether a given product is legal for street use in your jurisdiction before installing or using it. NDR Exhausts is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our products in violation of local, state, or federal law.
3. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the price paid at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our payment provider. Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before fabrication begins; once a system enters production, it cannot be canceled, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Shipping We offer free ground shipping on all systems within the continental United States. Catalogue systems typically ship in 2–3 weeks; custom one-off builds run 6–10 weeks depending on production queue. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Returns and Refunds Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Installation NDR Exhausts sells parts only and does not perform vehicle installation. Every system ships with a fitment guide, but installation is the responsibility of the customer or their chosen installer. Improper installation may void your return eligibility and/or warranty coverage.
7. Warranty Every system carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on welds. Valve control electronics and actuators carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is separate from, and not limited by, the 30-day return window described in our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or normal wear.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDR Exhausts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, or third-party claims. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of NDR Exhausts and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
